The Process

What happens next ...

If you don’t have plans or a designer:

  1. We will refer to one of our architects or designers that we have worked with previously.
  2. You will have the opportunity to work direct with professionals who excel in their field to give you the results you are after.
  3. These professionals can assist you through the design and Council DA submissions.
  4. Then go to the next stage:

If you already have plans or a designer:

  1. Danny will personally visit you in your home or job site and inspect the property and pick up copies of your plans.
  2. We will provide a quotation (fixed priced contract) or budget price bill (Cost plus project) generally within 4 weeks of making the initial inspection.
  3. Further amendments can be then made to suit budgeting - allow further 2 weeks.
  4. Once agreed on the quotation & budget, HIA contracts are then signed and a HOW insurance certificate organised – allow further week.
  5. Construction Certificate is applied for – approval generally takes 5 working days provided all DA conditions of Approval are met.
  6. Construction will commence once the Construction Certificate is received and local council have been notified.
  7. Communication during the project is our priority, with the end result being a project that is built to the highest standard, within the time period promised and within budget.
