About Us
D M Carr Constructions P/L is a family based company, operating since 1986, specializing in the construction of architect designed new homes plus architect designed alterations & additions to existing homes. We take pride in working with our clients to create a product which is unique and environmentally friendly.
We are happy to work with your architect/designer or alternatively, we can refer you one of our independent architects/designers. Our reliable construction teams have been hand selected as the best in their fields, have been working with us for an average of 16 years. They are committed to the high standard of workmanship that is required to complete our projects to award winning standards.
Servicing the eastern suburbs, north shore and north-west suburbs of Sydney, we have many satisfied clients, some of whom we have returned to complete work for a second and third time.
The principal, Danny Carr, has a carpentry trade background & completed a “Building Foreman & Clerk of Works” post trade certificate course in December 1985 with the Dept. of Technical & Further Education NSW. Danny worked through his trade on million-dollar extension & renovation work in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney gaining vast experience required to build to “Building to Award Winning Standards”.
